Digital manufacturing, also known as Industry 4.0, brings the promise of the intelligent factory, a work environment that combines modern technologies to create a flexible and self-adapting manufacturing capability, increase profitability, productivity, and customer value.

This series of courses offer the opportunity to explore this exciting area and learn more about modern digital manufacturing technologies including robotics, extended reality, and additive manufacturing. This series also considers the leadership requirements and the economic and cultural challenges that organisations will face as they embark on the digital manufacturing journey.

Net-zero is a term we’ve all become familiar with, but what exactly does it mean? In basic terms, net-zero is the state where we add no incremental greenhouse gasses to the atmosphere. To achieve net-zero targets, organisations will need to make fundamental changes to the way they operate across all facets of their business.

Improving productivity and closing this gap is essential in keeping UK businesses competitive on the global stage, increasing profitability and efficiency.

To support this, our series of courses includes operations management, logistics, operational excellence, lean six sigma, and measurement and statistics, and will equip you with the skills and knowledge to analyse your operation and identify areas where improvements could be implemented to improve efficiency productivity.
