Net-zero is a term we’ve all become familiar with, but what exactly does it mean? In basic terms, net-zero is the state where we add no incremental greenhouse gasses to the atmosphere. To achieve net-zero targets, organisations will need to make fundamental changes to the way they operate across all facets of their business.
Our net-zero series explores the technologies and processes that can help manufacturers move their operation towards a net-zero state. Topics covered in this series include remanufacturing, the circular economy, sustainable design & production, and electrification and hydrogen.
Improving productivity and closing this gap is essential in keeping UK businesses competitive on the global stage, increasing profitability and efficiency.
To support this, our series of courses includes operations management, logistics, operational excellence, lean six sigma, and measurement and statistics, and will equip you with the skills and knowledge to analyse your operation and identify areas where improvements could be implemented to improve efficiency productivity.
Innovating is not just about developing new products, it's also about finding new ways to roll out processes or services. This can include making improvements to existing methods or developing them from scratch.
The innovation series of courses will help you to find that new approach. Our courses cover a diverse range of topics, including product development, innovation management, and entrepreneurship and will give you the tools to develop a culture of innovation within your organisation and help your business to thrive.
